i have med-review on feb. 5th and im super anxious about it

im trying to get diagnosed and treated for ADHD
i have been hiding that i am having such anxiety from them because im scared they wont treat the ADHD
i just want to get this appointment over with

anyone else hide their anxiety in fear of not being treated for another disorder
