the main side effect of the 1 i was on before was that it stopped me sleeping / getting up but thats all messed up now anyway so that doesnt matter. but it did make the muscles in my arms really tight and rigid which was horrible. it only lasted a few hours but it was quite scary. im scared of what other ones might do
