Hi elevatedsoul, anxiety can
easily coexist with, or
even be caused by elements of, ADHD so it doesn't have to (
in any way!!) be one or the other........why not write down before hand a list of what you feel the problems are.......and if ADHD is there then there are going to be more "exclusive" symptoms coming through. So take your time and reflect back, OK??
Then maybe you can get treatment for both ADHD
and anxiety if needed.
Just make sure you make clear in the appointment how you feel about what's going on for you, it sounds like you're very knowledgeable.
And next step is handling the anxiety in the appointment, hey??

So
whatever you've got,
whatever coping skills you have to try to keep it under control, you make sure you're ready to deploy them, right??!! And don't worry if it doesn't go
absolutely smoothly, it's
OK, you just need for the window to get in
exactly what you think/want, and
really clearly, OK??!! Deep breaths and tell yourself you
can do it!!
