I guess it's been about 10 days, possibly 2 weeks. I have difficulty telling what day it is, so that's an estimate. That's pretty good since I've been having urges every day. Last night I had urges really bad so I called my mom. She was like, so what happens when we get off the phone, then you'll go hurt yourself? And I said, no, the idea is that you are going to distract me until I'm not dwelling on these thoughts anymore. Anyways, I did make it through the night. So that's good.
