Good luck kicking cigarettes... I was doing really well on patches until my voices got worse & now I'm back to square one again but I know I can get on them again, so I'll be trying to this week.
I wasn't a fan of e-cigs /vaporiser ... ironically they are worse for my asthma than smoking although it might just have been that particular brand of e-cig.
