Does anyone have any ideas what this could be? I'm not asking for a diagnosis, just curious. I'm going to start by telling my pdoc when I see her next week, see what she says, if it's from any of the meds I'm on. Then if necessary I'll go to a regular doctor to get a physical done. Diabetes runs in my fathers side of the family, if that means anything. I have bags under my eyes and look so tired lately.
In my experience, cramping can be caused by:
- Inadequate water intake
- Inadequate Oxygen from breathing
- Inadequate electrolytes in your blood stream (when exercising, taking an electrolyte mix with water can help)
- Inadequate or no stretching of the muscle(s) prior to exercise. Stretching a muscle lengthens it, and makes it more nimble, preparing it for exercise

If you don't mind, can you list down the specifics of your exercise routine and your exact meals ? And also when you eat/exercise ? I'd be happy to help you, given that information. Without that, it's really just shooting in the dark.
