newgal2 i often feel like you do, i anticipate what i can't get done, even though i seem to get things done anyway, i wake up every morning worrying if i can accomplish all the things i have to do that day. i worry about things that could happen if i didn't get a certain thing done, or if something bad should happen.usually if i can get some sleep in the daytime i feel a little better. i've been like that alot recently, it was a relief to see your post because i couldn't explain myself about the situation i'm in which is what you wrote. thank you!!!!
