Too many noises all at the same time. Makes me feel like I am 'double tracking' [from the 8-track tape era]. I generally feel I can not focus on one thing and it is just a garble of aggravating noise.

Loud noises ie voices, tv, etc. The fan in our fireplace seems loud to me. The buzz of florescent lights. A rattle in a vehicle. Badly behaved children make me want to run, or throttle their parents. People coming in and out of the house several times. Slamming doors. Phones ringing. My guy has friends and involved in many businesses. His phone rings a lot. Ring tones from certain ppl. Some of those ppl are negative, the others are needy. Ppl who talk loudly on their phones, like I needed to hear all that. Phones, period, where most go to relax, eatery, coffee shop, etc. The furnace running. Loud tv shows, and loud commercials.

I think we are supersensitive to our surroundings. It is possible that it is not us who are supersensitive, but those around us who have numbed themselves.

I also have visual and situational triggers.
