Wth is wrong with me? I've been sorta with this guy for about a year and a half and everything's been ok but now he's hanging around with this new woman and doing things with her that he's never asked me to go to. I feel stupid bc we were supposed to be more than just friends with benefits but now I see that's all I was. How can I be so stupid? On top of that I've been having trouble dealing with some changes in my life like new coworkers and changing my therapist (not my choice). I don't really know what to do I've given up
