hey we almost have the same med cocktail haha.
i deal with mixed states as well. Particularly right now as well, i think my risperdal needs to be upped...i never really know what mood i am in. Everything feels extremely....confusing. I'll be depressed but have racing thoughts and be all jittery yet suicidal as hell and wanting nothing more than to just sit in the corner or whatever.
Mixed states are def not fun...sorry you have to deal with them too
