For me the sound of breathing is my main one. Its been that way ever since I was 10 or so. When my sisters were asleep, even several rooms away, I absolutely could not stand it. I would go into their rooms and shake them or pinch their nose for a few seconds or hit their stomach to make them stop breathing so loudly if only for a few moments. Now I don't have to deal with that usually, but we went on a family vacation this past summer and I had to share a bed with one of my younger sisters. It was all I could do to not make her stop. I ended up putting my giant pair of headphones on and blasting a 10 hour long Enya playlist through the entire night so I could try and get some sleep. My ears hurt SO bad from the music so loud... But I could somehow still hear her breathing through the music.
Another sound I can't stand is my youngest sisters voice right now. She is 6 and so it is changing, right now its at the exact pitch or something that I just cannot stand. I feel bad, but I have to ask her not to talk around me, or to whisper (makes it so her voice doesn't bother me) if she wants me to stick around.
Also just many noises at once and I get so agitated.
So glad to know others have this problem!
