We all make the mistake of trusting the wrong person even when our senses tell us not to. It does not mean you are stupid.
I am starting a new therapy exercise today. For each of the next 30 days you will write down three things that you liked about yourself or your behavior before bedtime. Example: I like that I smiled today. I liked that I took out the trash instead of letting it pile up. I like that I was kind to myself.
Each morning, read those three items before starting your day.
