1. you can't do everything, so is there something that you can limit or cut that could lead to more time for the assignment
2. Realize that you have some polarized thinking happening, meaning "I never succeed in anything" I believe that there is one thing that you have succeeded in, it could be as simple as getting up for the day, or posting on PC.
3. Realize that you have control over your feelings, thoughts and actions.

This may seem small but the small things add up. And we all do them, even myself. I remember being in classes and feeling like I had too much, and that lead to not getting everything done. Focus on one task at a time, and If you can give up something to get it done, then do it. (Like TV or Facebook) A lot of us do these things but some of us have learned and can pass wisdom to others. Smile.
