Well done, bc you're not stupid. You have to see it. You have to see your good qualities and they don't depend on the feedback provide by people.

I know it's very difficult for you to see this now, but there are people who interact with us that have different insterests in a relation with us. Perhaps, we expect something from this relation but they have others. It doesn't mean they don't valué the relation or us, simply they live it from a different perspective.

Ex; I had a coworker who was attracted to me psysically. I missunderstood his attention with romantic love. Can I blame him? No, I can't. My natural instinct to read people and me being a naive failed.
Can I blame him for feeling sexual attraction towards me and try it? No, I can't.
Can i blame myself for being a naive? Neither, I can.
Have I got less valué as a person bc I missunderstood and I saw the same intentions towards me as I had towards him? No, I haven't.
He has his interests and i had mine.
