I realize legally she has to give 24 hours notice but if she doesnt what can i do other than yell,or have my girlfriend yell? We cant really do much as if we bring it to the attention of those that can do something about it we will most likely get kicked out. The house isnt up to code at all.

When i lived in Mass we had this same problem and i looked up the laws online and basically told the landlord we would be moving in 2 months and we wernt gonna pay anymore to them and if they had a problem with that we would be glad to go to court and tell them all the things they did illegally. We didnt pay at all and they left us alone lol. I should probably look up the laws for MN here and see what can be done. Someone said the landlord might have to put us in a place and pay for it while the house was being brought up to code. That would be a nice kick in the pants for her being so rude.
