Today, I have some pain in various areas, but it has not been bad. The biggest problem for me is overwhelming lethargy (I also have CFS). Do any of you have debilitating lethargy and if so, how do you handle it? Thanks in advance!
Welcome *Rose*! Sorry to hear you are suffering with FMS and CFS but I'm glad you are here with us.

I haven't been dx'ed with CFS but I've been wondering for awhile now if that's what I have. There are days when I can do nothing and just want to sleep. Then there are days when I have to drag myself to do things. I get them done okay, it's just takes a real effort to do things. Not sure if it's depression or CFS really. Could be either I suppose.

I have a lot of problems with heat. Anyone else? If so, how do you deal with it? Thanks
I have horrible problems with heat. I have for years now. My body heats up very quickly and I'll sweat like a stuffed pig over a spit doing very little.

Then, when it's hot outside or even in the house during the winter, my body doesn't like it too much and I can become very uncoordinated, my mind doesn't work too quickly and my memory is in the pits. It's different from foggy brain, it's downright no brain.

I am definitely a winter and not a summer.

What does the heat do to you *Rose*?
