Hang in there. If it happened before and it passed then, that means it will pass now.
Just had one myself but I was able to kind of keep it mild because I was in a meeting lol. I guess that helped get my mind off it.
I think that's key. A mental trigger caused it and it needs a mental trigger to get us out of it.
I thought focusing on breathing would help but it actually made things worse in my case because it was almost like I was giving it too much acknowledgment in my focusing on the physical. Since I was acutely focused on my body, ANY sensation was amplified making me worry more and making the attack worse.
I guess tho that trigger points are different in all of us. Mine is the threat of a heart attack. See? Just writing it now is making me nervous. Lol. So, I need something to get me out of my physical focus.
