Sometimes I say my daughter teaches me how to be a girl. She's a girly-girl and I'm getting a lot more into girl things (including being emotional). Before she was born I used to say I just wanted boys because I had no idea how to relate to girls.
I guess the rambley point I'm trying to make here is that we can learn as much from kids as we teach them if we are open to the learning...
