i can tell you for certain you are not the only one going thru it. talking to a mental health professional will help. i even think there is medication for it if you are open to that sort of thing. i use mindfulness for thoughts i am obsessing about. i have a door at the front of my mind and one at the back. as the thoughts come in the only thought i give them, is to shove them out the back door. they are only thoughts they have no power over me.
