I had terrible depression at the time. It was horrible, crippling. They thought adding Wellbutrin would alleviate the depression. It was due to the brain crushing psychosis I went through that lasted an entire year. The doctor described it as harmless even. He was gravely mistaken.

However, I was on an SSRI for about 6 months and that treatment alleviated the depression completely from them on. It helped repair the depression. However, during being on it I couldn't feel any emotion so it was a jail sentence because I couldn't feel any positive emotions. No emotions that make life worth living. Nonetheless, I got off the SSRI, the depression lifted but the chronic anxiety and severe panic attacks persisted.

These drugs honestly scare me. I hate that I'm dependent on them.

Well I'm off to see my PDoc. Wish me luck everyone.
