Take a deep breath. Relax. And ask a few questions at a time.
One thing I like to do is what I call "passive therapy". Often you will find in medical offices, nice calming posters on the wall. I go to thrift shops and when I find a plaque with a saying on it that 'speaks to me' I pick it up. My favorite place to hang these is in the bathroom. Hey, while you're there,,,
I find them calming and make me feel better. Eventually I don't have to read them any more. Just a glimpse out of the corner of my eye brings the same feelings over me as if I had read it.
Life is a journey and if you are blessed, you will never stop learning.
Best wishes.

Thank you! I have found some relief here. Right now I'm still struggling with finding the right meds and a better doctor. The one I have is so overbooked he just doesn't take the time to properly deal with each of his patients. The meds are helping some; I think otherwise I would be in the hospital. I've been on them awhile and they need adjusted or changed. I take 300mg of Effexor XR , 400mg of Tegretol, and 20mg of Valium.
