Miguel'smom - thank you very much for the form! I spoke with the dept of mental health again today and they said he is considered gravely disabled because he may not be eating. The next challenge is finding him. Like I said, he's been homeless since he arrived in Cali. He doesn't stay in one place for long. But at least now, we have a plan instead of just waiting and praying. thanks again!
