We don't have a bunch of stuff around touch therapy in this country... Or perhaps in any country... I have issues with being touched, too. Something that I've found immensely helpful, and empowering, in my own case... Is learning techniques of self-massage. It helps to desensitise me to touch sensations and I can pace it myself... Or learn by a process of trial and error what is good for me. There are a bunch of places where you can learn this from...
