Before noticing your post I just started a thread on sudden mood switching so you certainly are not alone(sorry to double up on threads!). It is torture some times to swing that quickly. My pdoc is excellent but even he is struggling to keep me stable but the treatment has certainly helped me little by little. I hope you soon find a psychiatrist who can help your cycles slow down and become less extreme.Hang in there. There is hope.
