What would I need to believe you? Probably nothing. I don't buy anything wholesale that I read on a forum like this. It's all slanted, even mine, just by the very nature of having to omit things (and also our own peculiarities of perception).

This isn't something to sort out on a forum, but to deal with in real life. A pdoc is probably going to say it's a delusion. An investigator is going to be expensive. Do you have anyone you trust who's knowledgeable about computers that can verify your suspicions?

One thing I do know: you don't have to live with this fear, whatever the cause. I hope you can sort it out, but in real life, not online here.
