I do 30 minutes on the treadmill (25 min is cardio); sit ups, planks, push ups, light weight lifting so a total of 45 -50 min workout 4-5 days per week. It is making me irritable but I am consuming less that 1000 calories per day (healthy food) I just don't get it and I want to give up.
