Mmm... that's a tricky one. The forums here are a peer-led community so there are lots of people in the same boat and others that are experts by experience. We do have specific - diagnosis regular chat groups which you will be able to join once you've got through the initial moderation process (usually your first 5 posts or so.) You've done a great thing by joining the forums.

There are online therapists, I have never tried them so I wouldn't be able to recommend or not. Hopefully others will post and let you know.
