I'm on low dose and I definitely notice my anxiety has gotten worse as warned in the side effects, so be weary of that. Other than that I gained a little weight and went up 2 cup sizes in like a month which left me with some dark stretchmarks. But hey, at least my period isn't taking over my life anymore
