Today, I have some pain in various areas, but it has not been bad. The biggest problem for me is overwhelming lethargy (I also have CFS). Do any of you have debilitating lethargy and if so, how do you handle it? Thanks in advance!

Rose, there is so much overlap in symptoms that some docs think the fibro and CFS are on a spectrum.
Like you I have been diagnosed with both. I wish I had some words of wisdom about how to cope with the exhaustion. There are times I have to drag myself to work in the morning, come home, shovel food in my face and head to bed.
