Would it to be bad to purge, just now and then if I feel like I eat too much? My portions are really small, I don't binge eat either or have any eating disorder. This is just something I was thinking of doing maybe once or twice a week, to speed up the weight loss process. I had to make myself throw up earlier today for another reason and it just hit me that it might be okay to do. I don't mean everyday and I don't plan on doing it forever. I know it's not exactly healthy, but would it kill me to do it just for a few months?
