I really don't think that this idea is good, whether or not you currently have an eating disorder. While I can somewhat understand your idea ~ in attempt to speed up weight loss process, a lot of weight loss illnesses begin this way.
Talking about this idea of yours in T would be helpful, I believe. Hopefully, you will then understand the illness better. The most effective tool in weight loss is eating healthy meals and increasing physical activity (to burn extra calories). Walk a little more; dance around to favorite fast-paced music; go swimming; take the stairs, instead of elevators; etc.
