UPDATE: But not a good one. We have been in touch with my kid's friends and their families because the kids all go to the same schools as before and they have told us our girls' hair was chopped really short against their will, they are not allowed ANY physical contact at all ( hugging or anything ) they have been told by the foster family that we hated them and when the girls told that to the DFS worker they were ignored. She had one class with a close friend ( music class ) and during one of these classes she admitted to him that she lied, was scared and just wanted to go home. His mom called the DFS to inform them but instead of doing the right thing, they took her out of that class, took away her trombone and told her friends mother if she interferes with the " INVESTIGATION " that her children will be removed from the home. She is now so terrified that she wont have anything to do with it anymore.
When this all first began, I mentioned to the detective that my son ( her older brother who is 15 ) was there the entire time that she alleges this happened. He was with me in the living room the whole time and her step mom was only gone less than 9 minutes. I thought they had spoken to him to get his side, but they placed him in a different home away from his scared sisters. Finally after telling everybody he could that he was there and it's not true, his vice principle listened and called DFS. They listened to my son then tried to tell him he was mistaken. My daughter told my son at their first visit that she wanted to go home. He told her we all still love her and want her home. He was then removed from the room and told his visits have been cancelled.
