I am so sorry u r having this problem. I agree with previous posts about getting help the first time. I know a man who spent years in prison over this. The girl actually told the authorities she was lying but they then did not believe her and he spent his time in prison for what he had not done. Get an excellent attorney no matter what it costs. Can you send her back to her birth mother maybe there is something in that relationship that needs to be resolved. She must know the system and how to manipulate it very well.
