Hello 135bobby, welcome to Psych Central.
Being aware that you have trust issues is a good step as it means you can work on it. Often people have trust issues because they have been hurt badly in the past and are protecting themselves by not trusting anyone else. The fear of getting hurt again can stop us forming lasting friendships. I can't tell you that you will never be hurt again but you are better off trying to trust in the first place and having friends.
So, be aware that you naturally have trust issues so that you can work on it. Share your feelings with your friends and be honest with them. Think about why you fear trusting people and ask yourself if it is likely and then try trusting and enjoying your friendships.
