I see my tdoc today thank goodness-wish I could have a double session. My mood was so crazy yesterday & I was so incredibly irritable like don't you even dare look my way irritable-I hate that. Slept like crap again & feel very down this morning-just want to lay in the recliner in my robe & be left alone til my appointment time (chances of that though are nonexistent) Hope this gets better soon-will try to push myself to go for a walk today.
