As someone who smokes I know they have nicotine, not sure how I gave the impression I was not aware of that. Was just saying in my experience of taking an anti-psychotic I smoked cigarettes while on it and noticed no interactions, also the doctor did not recommend not to smoke nor did the information that came with the medication....So as far as I know there is no issue smoking on anti-psychotics.
It is probably best the OP checks with their doctor about their specific medication since I doubt anyone here is an expert...Like me I imagine most others here can only offer personal experience and whatever knowledge as limited as it may be on the topic.
