I don't know I've been on Saphris for about 6 months and have only had it help me. They did have to raise the dosage recently to help my depression, but it wasn't until they raised my antidepressant that I really began to feel better. I think that have me on it just to level my moods out so I don't go manic with all the other stuff I take.
