And I'd say getting some help with the depression is the priority here, and not just because it can radically reduce your appetite. So a great start would be to see your doctor (who might also be able to check for any medical issues which might be causing the way you're feeling inc. loss of appetite).
For right now, you could be trying the high calorific drinks, but I'd say that the doctor is a must regardless.
But now you're here , which is a great place for support (!!) do you want to talk a bit more about how you're feeling/the depression, anything that might have led to the way you're feeling or be contributing to it (although there doesn't always have to be a reason)............?? Maybe we can give you a bit of help/support too...........

I'm sorry to trouble you. In response to your question, the cause of my depression is several different things. Bullying, my PTSD( from molestation), and my low self esteem. I really don't know how on earth medicine will help me.

My family is in a rough spot so sometimes I just tell my mom I ate to save money but other times, I feel so sad that food disgusts me.

Are there free clinics that could give me a prescription?
