Why do you not want your family to realize how upset you are? Do you not talk? Are you not close? Your parents might be pushing you because they do not understand how your life is going right now. Maybe if you would tell them then they could help you find the help that you need.
I am sorry that stuff is not going well for you right now. Hopefully things will get easier.
