I do admit I enjoy working. I'm responsible for what I'm doing. Doesn't mean that I'm a fool, am i? I reach my work place at 5am, finish work at 7pm and my working shift is 7am-4pm for day shift extended to 10pm and oncall from 10pm-12pm the next day. I always work extra time without extra pay. I can work night shift from 10pm till 4pm the next day without even complaining. Bcoz some people re lazy and some people re selfish doesn't mean I have to work their parts. You selfish leader put me working 2 night shift and 1 extended shift in one week, thats ok. But not fulfilling any of my request to get just a few days off to enjoy the festive season, is this call exploitation? Being hardworking and responsible is my trait & personality. But instead she gave my extra workload and simply just give me few holidays in the days I wish to work is consider good to me? I want to celebrate Chinese new year just like other wish to celebrate Christmas or other festival. I'm so distress looking at the schedule, been thinking of bringing this matter to a higher level. Should I or shouldn't? Somemore we r the same level and she entering work much later than me, I'm so call a senior being exploit by junior really make me frust!!!
