To start off I am diagnosed with major depression, general anxiety, and mood swings. So I have been on saphris 5mg for 5 days and for the first three days I felt great but I had no reason to feel bad. The fourth day I felt really depressed because of nothing and then today I felt pretty good but i noticed I got a bad grade on a test and it completely made my mood go down? I'm also on pristiq 100mg but the psychiatrist is going to change the pristiq and prescribe me SSRI. Is the medication not working?
