Most people at work know and I crack jokes as well. It used to be awkward, I think they didn't know how to react. They are getting better about it. I just want to lighten up the mood and I don't want them to feel like they can't ask me questions about it, I'm here to educate. It also makes me feel better to just laugh at it.
