I'm no doctor. but in my own experience, it started having an affect on me 2 days after starting. i never made it to day 5. And a lot of people have different reactions on different meds. one that could be awful on me, might work great for someone else(or anywhere in between). Generally even the meds that start working early on, take some time to reach that point where its working at its best.

When i was having a lot of med changes, i kept a notebook with a daily log in it. of my meds, and what i noticed different, or any other details that could be helpful to notice later on.
