1. Yoga at least once a day
2. Meditate 15 minutes a day (at least)
and then after 6 weeks of incorporating the yoga and meditation...
3. Quit smoking and soda
I am accomplishing this by having my family keep me accountable. They hound me until I get my yoga and meditation done for the day. lol
As for the smoking and soda...I'm creating a taper down schedule to follow over the next 6 weeks.
