Was the blood test just for one thing, usually a full blood count for anaemia or was it full screening, liver, kidney, thyroid, blood sugar etc? Have you had a sore throat recently or a fever, it could possibly be Glandular Fever, it is possible to have extreme fatigue from this even without the acute viral stage.
