I have been there. I don't like to go to bed at all. I am wondering if it has something to do with my childhood years. You are not alone as I sometimes think too much at night and that just makes my depression worse. I sometimes do sleep better in the daytime. I hope you feel better very soon. Try some soothing sounds when you start getting sleepy. I usually run a fan or listen to soothing music. Best wishes.
