I've been on Saphris for a week and while it seemed to be working last night, i completely broke down. I think everyone is on the right path that it may take longer to work consistently. Give it another week then discuss the concerns with your Pdoc. That's what I'm going to do.

But if you start having thoughts of hurting yourself, definitely contact your doc sooner. Best of luck.
