ive wrote down the main points, the most important been that im severely depressed and am ready to try antidepressents again. i have no idea which doctor it will be, had to wait a week for this appointment, it was the 1st available so cant be fussy

im hoping that they will give me something. im desperate now. but tbh if i can say the other stuff then hopefully i will be able to see a counseller soon then i'll have almost an hour to explain it to them w/o been so rushed...
