You have had just a horrible time since you first showed up here on PC .
Don't overwhelm yourself , You can't apply a ton of new things at once. Set small attainable goals, like " Im going to shower today. " " Im going to make something healthy to eat" Im going to spend some times doing breathing exercises" etc ..
Small attainable things will add up and you will see improvement.
Dont try to take a HUGE bite, nibble here and there.
