Hmm, well, perhaps it's not true B12- I read about the fraudulent claims- how most of the generic brands of nutritional supplements at places like Walmart and Walgreens were tested and 4/5 didnt actually contain the ingredients they claimed to. I was already researching brands that have all natural ingredient because of common dangerous fillers, I haven't take any supposed b12 in nearly a week. I've become a bit antisocial I think.
